The space L'Air de Rien is an authentic country farmhouse that can accommodate up to 8 guests in a quiet and preserved environment. The house has 3 comfortable bedrooms as well as a large landing furnished with two single beds, ideal for children or teenagers. The warm and bright living spaces invite you to share good times with family or friends around the wood-burning stove on cooler evenings. Outside, you will enjoy a natural plot of more than 4,000 m², not overlooked, offering space, tranquility, and a direct connection with nature. Located close to the forest and many hiking and mountain biking trails, the house is the perfect base for exploring the Sarthe countryside. When it's the season, you can hear the deer's bellowing. Just a few minutes from Le Mans and the famous 24 Hours circuit, the building also has a large, enclosed double garage, which is particularly appreciated for safely storing cars, motorcycles, bicycles, or equipment.
