Full use of house, 2 double bedrooms, bathroom upstairs, sittingroon cum-diningroom, fitted kitchen, downstairs toilet, TV, internet. 6 mins walk to LUAS stop,brings you straight to Stephens Green, Grafton St in 15 minutes. Easy access to M50/Wicklow/rest of country. No drinking sessions/parties please as located in quiet,residential area. No extra guests. The space This is a small but comfortable house with 2 double bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed. There is off street private parking in the front of the house for one car with easy and possibly for 2 small cars. Guest access All of house is available. Other things to note 1.At the airport, you can take the CityScape bus (around €7 ), at zone 16, behind the church at the airport (usually a florescent green bus) to Dundrum Village, Luas stop. This bus runs every half hour, quarter to the hour and quarter past the hour. (Doesn't run from 12.30am - 4am approx.) 2.  Take the Luas tram here to the next stop, Windy Arbour.  4. My house is about 6-8mins walk form the Windy Arbour tram stop.
