Directly located under the dunes of Julianadorp is the quiet and well-kept holiday park Residence Juliana. Here you will find the cozy 4-person apartment Residence Juliana 9. The view of the beautiful dunes and the minimal walking distance to the beach of Julianadorp makes this apartment very unique. Residence Juliana 9 is located on the ground floor and is therefore easy to reach. The space Residence Juliana 9 has two bedrooms and can host 4 guests. When you enter the house, you will reach the stylish living room via the hall. The living room is bright and features a spacious dining area. From the cozy and comfortable seating area, you have unobstructed views over the pond. Adjacent to the living room, you will find the complete kitchen equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The freezer is in the hall. The house has two bedrooms. The first bedroom can be found on your left immediately when you enter. This beautifully decorated bedroom features a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is located diagonally opposite the first bedroom. In this neat bedroom, there are two single beds. Next to the second bedroom is the well-kept bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, sink and toilet. In addition to the facilities in the bungalow, the house has a sunny terrace and the car can be parked in a private parking space. Guest access You have your own parking space. There is a possibility to rent bicycles at CAN Vakantiehuizen. For rentals of 3 days or more, these will be brought and collected. Other things to note Dogs are welcome. Additional costs: €30 per dog, per week. Bed linen and towels are not provided in the home. You can rent this from us. The cost for bed linen is €9 per person and a towel package is €6 per person. Should you bring your own bed linen: Residence Juliana 9 has 1 double mattress, 2 single mattresses (90x200) + 4 single duvets.
