Fully equipped home from home holiday cottage perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Situated along a quiet unmade track, far reaching views over open countryside, stunning sunsets and clear night time sky’s. Ideally located to explore the North Norfolk Coast and beyond. Fully fenced garden and dog friendly beach. The space Who can come Adults and Children. Two small dogs or one medium sized dog. As well as spending days on the wonderful sandy beach, you can explore the coast, countryside and the Broads are also easily accessible. Fully enclosed lawned garden with parking for up to three cars. Free wifi, stunning views, central heating, 40” TV. Check in 4pm, Check out before 10am This is a non smoking property. All major supermarkets will deliver. Tesco is 4.5 mile drive. It is a 20 minute walk along the beach towards Happisburgh to the local cafe Small Sticks. (Please check opening hours as they do vary). This is a lovely little cafe and offers a breakfast, lunch and dinner menu. Visit on a Sunday and you will see the RNLI practicing manoeuvres, you can also look in the lifeboat shed and check out the life boats and take a peak in the little gift shop. Sea Palling is approx a 45 minute walk along the beach but an easier 30 minute walk along the lane at the front of the property. Just turn left and keep going. You can of course drive, Sea Palling has a pub, cafe, fish and chips and general store and post office. On the way by car to Sea Palling you will pass The Causeway Butchers and Cooks Farm Shop Both are worth a visit. Situated in a small hamlet within the heart of the Norfolk countryside but on the beach. The Crest offers the perfect combination of a rural retreat and seaside holiday. An ideal break for families, couples, the single traveller and pets. Only a short drive away from a few well renowned Gastropubs, namely, The Gunton Arms, Suffield Arms and The Ingham Swan or if seafood is your thing Rocky Bottoms. Perfect for a foodie break! Venture a little further and visit the market town of Holt and Wells next the Sea. Stalham is a 15 minute drive and the wonderful Broadland town of Wroxham 25 minute drive. Our Beach House contains Information Pack, leaflets and a map of the local area. Cards, cribbage and scrabble, bird/nature books, children’s toys. Guest access Entire Place There is a large green box on the rear patio which contains a selection of beach shoes, buckets and spades and some beach chairs and wind break. Please feel free to borrow these items. No access to garage. Other things to note Beach towels are not provided. We are a self catering property and any initial stocks are to start you off only. Two small dogs or one medium sized breed welcome. If in doubt please ask. We do not allow the charging of electric vehicles from our domestic supply as it will invalidate our insurance policy. The nearest charging points are at Tesco Stalham.
