Double room in quiet location in Billingshurst

We offer a well-appointed double room with double bed, chest of drawers, dressing table and wardrobe space together with a private bathroom with bath and in-bath shower. You have a TV, small fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster and tea, coffee and milk is provided. Wi-fi is available (password on arrival). The space Outside there is a garden and patio area available for you to use during your stay. You may smoke in the garden. We can store your bike/bikes in the garage if required. Guest access There is ample street parking located near the property. During your stay We are resident hosts and are always on hand to help so would like to think guests will not be afraid to ask if they need something extra not noted on the listing. We are semi-retired and will do our best to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. Please note you do have to step into the bath to have a shower and this may not be suitable for everyone. Please note there is a cat at the property. Other things to note Having lived in the area for over 35 years, we have extensive local knowledge and will be on hand to give advice and help if necessary. We are located close to the Sussex countryside with its cycle routes and beautiful walks and not far from the South Downs National Park whilst Horsham, Arundel, Brighton and Chichester are all within easy driving distance as is the coast. We are about half an hour from Glorious Goodwood and all it offers throughout the year. The small Sussex town of Petworth with its stately home and Parham, also with its stately home and South Downs Gliding Club, are both about 20 minutes drive away. We are within walking distance (7 to 8 minutes) of Billingshurst station which is on the main line to Victoria and London Bridge. There is a bus service to Horsham.
