It's a type of accommodation that combines your own private space with shared spaces and life. At La Toza, each person has their own room, while some areas of the house are shared with the other guests. We are not a hotel or a permanent residence. La Toza is a temporary community: people come for a certain period, with a minimum stay of 15 days, and then other people take over. The house has 5 rooms and a maximum capacity of 7 people, so we aim to maintain a small, quiet and pleasant atmosphere. People who stay here are usually independent and value both having their own space and the possibility of sharing a meal, a conversation or part of their day-to-day life with other people. ### A comfortable house for living and working La Toza has been renovated to offer a comfortable, well-maintained space prepared for mid-term stays. The house has an aerothermal system, which allows you to maintain a pleasant and stable temperature inside year-round. The common areas are cleaned weekly, so you can enjoy the house without the maintenance falling entirely on the people who live in it. The coworking space has independent access and is included in the price of your stay. It has 1 Gb symmetrical fiber optic, Wi-Fi and cable connection, and workstations prepared for working comfortably. In addition to those who stay at La Toza, people who live and work in the area also have access to the coworking space. This makes the space connected to the local community and not just a space for guests. The first floor can also occasionally host meetings, workshops, and small networking events, creating opportunities to get to know other people, professionals, and projects in the area. In any case, living together does not mean being together all the time. You can work, rest and enjoy your own room in complete tranquility, and participate in shared moments whenever you feel like it. La Toza is designed for people who work remotely, are developing personal projects, are looking for a change of scenery, or simply want to experience what it's like to live in a small town for a few weeks.
