Neet Retreat, spacious, next to Summerleaze beach

One of the oldest properties in Bude, Neet Retreat is a spacious 3 bed, 3 reception room riverside property, 300m from Summerleaze beach. 150m from the shops, restaurants and pubs. Sleeping 7 in 3 bedrooms it has many original features and a few great modern ones. The kitchen is very well equipped with a large American Fridge, 7 burner range with double oven, microwave and communal island. The 48 bottle wine fridge will come in handy. Parking in the attached garage, fast WiFi and log burner. The space The perfect location between the town and the beach. Very easy walking distance to 2 beaches and local shops, pubs and restaurants. Dog and child friendly with fast WiFi. Riverside location, you may even see people surfing up the river next to the back garden at certain times of the year! The sun room at the back of the house has views of the sand dunes of Summerleaze beach and a balcony with seating to relax and enjoy the view. Guest access There is a single garage in the property which is fine for a large estate car up to 5m long (our Audi A6 Estate and our Skoda Octavia Estate both fit in the garage). If you have a larger vehicle like a Range Rover or large 4x4 you might not be able to fit it in. There is paid car parking outside the front door @ £6 per day or £35 per week. Other things to note Dogs are welcome with a limit of 2 and we charge £30 per dog per stay
