The large dining area with 12 seats and the terrace invite you to linger. A tiled stove provides coziness. The bike path to Bayreuth runs right outside the door, and supermarket and bakery are within walking distance. The bus stop is just 3 minutes away. Additional parking spaces can be found about 100 m away on the village square. The space Sleeping arrangement: - Ground floor: a small bedroom for 1 person (accessible), -1st floor a large bedroom with double bed (2 pers) and another very large bedroom with double bed (2 pers) and a single bed (1 pers), in the living room a sofa bed foldable (2 pers) (= passage room from top floor down to the 1st floor) - Top floor large bedroom and in the anteroom is a sofa bed (2 pers.) Furthermore, we have 1-2 folding guest beds which can be provided as needed. Guest access Please call us one hour before your arrival so that we can provide you with the code to access the apartment.
