Dirty dishes or spaces may incur a $50 cleaning fee. • Smoking indoors will incur a $250 cleaning fee and a $2,500 fine if the fire brigade is called. • Dispose of rubbish properly. Do not block hallways or exits with bikes, bags, or debris. • Do not take other guests’ food from the fridge. Label your items and remove them after checkout. • Guests are responsible for their own conduct and any damages caused. • Turn off all lights and appliances when not in use and ensure windows and doors are locked when leaving. • Maintenance may require room access with notice. • Only use the provided laundry detergent and switch off appliances after use. • Report any damage or faults immediately.
