On this level, you'll also find one of the house's three bedrooms, providing a peaceful retreat with plenty of natural light. In this bedroom you will find two single beds (0.90*2.00) with comfortable mattresses, a wardrobe, a 55’ Smart TV and an En-suite bathroom with glass cabin-shower offering both privacy and comfort. One of the standout features of the main floor is its direct access to the outdoor pool area, allowing for easy transitions between indoor and outdoor living. Whether you’re enjoying a swim or lounging by the pool, the layout encourages effortless enjoyment of the house’s outdoor space. First Floor Ascending the staircase up to the first floor, we find the two bedrooms. In the first bedroom a double bed (1.60×2.00) with a comfortable mattress awaits you to lay on, under the cool air the A/C is offering. Moving ahead to the second bedroom, you can find a double bed (1,60*2,00) and a single bed (0.90*2.00), along with a wardrobe and A/C. Step out onto your private balcony of this bedroom and enjoy a glass of wine peacefully.! During sunset time, you will have the chance to enjoy rejuvenating moments gazing at the breathtaking view of the mountains and the enchanting blue of the sky! Maximum water temperature is 28 degrees. ✔ A welcome pack. Upon arrival some basic goods await you in the villa. ✔ All expenses and taxes of the Villa for the stay time are included in price. ✔ Free Wi-Fi, electricity, hot water, air-conditioning cooling or heating. ✔ Cleaning service is offered every seven days. ✔ Linen change.
