Cozy and lovingly furnished apartment located in the heart of the Eifel National Park. As a nature lover, you can hike right away. Various hikes (wilderness rail, Eifelsteig, Eifelspuren, Eifelschleifen, ...) are in the immediate vicinity. In Gemünd and Schleiden there are also two outdoor pools that invite you to cool off in the summer. But winter also invites you to linger in the Eifel. Sledges are at the guest's disposal. The space The apartment has two bedrooms. One is furnished with a cozy double bed, the other with a drawer bed (more suitable for children). In addition, the pull-out sofa bed in the living room provides two additional sleeping places. In front of the armchair is an infrared panel on the wall, which radiates a pleasant warmth. The kitchen has retained its charm, but is equipped with new electrical appliances. The fully automatic coffee machine is very easy to use, and beans are at your disposal. Even if the bathroom is not the most modern and is quite small, it brings back nice memories of grandma's time. There is hot water ;-) The spacious garden is equipped with a fire pit for evenings under the open sky. The terrace has seating as well as a barbecue. Dogs are allowed, provided they use a basket as a place to sleep. The washing machine is located in the common basement of the house and can be used upon request for a small fee. GOOD TO KNOW: Charging station for electric cars right in front of the house – billing via a separate meter. Shopping: In Schleiden and Gemünd, you will find all the shops and pharmacies needed for everyday needs. Please understand that – out of consideration for all guests – smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the apartment! However, this is not a problem on the terrace in the garden ;-) Guest access The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a house, which can only be reached via stairs. Strollers can be parked in a dry place in the entrance area on the ground floor. Washer and dryer are available in the basement.
