Birdsong 12 vacation beach rental in paradise!

Birdsong in Treasure Island is located directly on white sugary sand of the Gulf of Mexico, we are DIRECT GULF FRONT!! Birdsong condo 12 is newly remodeled and is fully equipped for short term or extended stay. The condo is beach view. The Birdsong is a 5 minute walk to many beachside restaurants and bars, including Sloppy Joes, Ricky T's and Caddy's. Publix Grocery store are within walking. On the beach there are cabana, chairs and umbrella rentals directly on the beach in front of us. The space This condo is our newly remodeled condo with beach views of paradise. The most gorgeous sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico: House manual The Birdsong - Unit 12 Welcome! Enjoy our wide beautiful sandy beach!! Make sure the unit is locked by pushing the lock button (X). A few tips and reminders: Chairs: There are beach chairs, mats and an umbrella that belong to the unit in the bedroom closet. Feel free to use them, but return them to the closet. Pets: No pets are permitted. Pool: As guests of the Birdsong, you may use the pool at the Suncoast Motel.  There is a coin operated washer and dryer in the guest laundry room. There is also a clothes line on the south side of the building.  There are tv's in the living room and bedroom and also free wifi.  A reminder: smoking is not permitted inside the condos. There is a $200 fee for smoking inside the building. You can smoke anywhere outside. Please enjoy your stay. Guest access To one of the widest parts of beach to enjoy the white fluffy sand on the Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are breathtaking! Other things to note Peak Season: October 1 - July 31 Daily minimum of 4 night stay. All Rates quoted do not included the 13% state and tourist taxes.
