The accommodation consists solely of a private bedroom and private bathroom; no indoor areas are shared with the main house. Guests are welcome to use the garden at any time, with consideration for quiet hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am, as the property is in a residential area. Free on-site parking is available in a side residential car park used by residents, where guests are permitted to park. The room is on the ground floor, with a single small step when entering the garden area.
