A very quiet apartment, on the ground floor and with its own entrance, offers complete accommodation in a cozy and nordic style. Nicely furnished with a living area and two high-quality single beds, it creates a comfortable stay for all ages. The south-facing terrace and parking are right in front of your own door, and all sights are easily accessible. Whether visiting the islands, walking on the dyke, cycling and city tours, a visit to NL - you live here in the center of East Frisian serenity. The space Whether for a short or longer stay, travelers passing through and hotel grouches, cyclists or bikers - the modern and cozy furnishings offer everyone a comfortable place to stay with a special flair! The apartment is furnished down to the last detail, the rooms are bright and Nordic modern. There is plenty of space in the living room/bedroom. A sofa corner with a table and comfortable armchairs offers space for cosiness. On the south-facing terrace you can dine, read, chill out and enjoy your time-out. An idyllic nature reserve behind the house is visited by seagulls, ducks, herons and dragonflies. Guests are also very welcome to sit or relax here in the garden for themselves and anywhere. Smoking is permitted outside. If required, the use of our washing machine and dryer is possible by arrangement. A toddler is very welcome! You have to bring your own travel cot, high chair and other essentials. Non-smoking house - smoking outside is a matter of course! CURRENT REGULATIONS ON THE CORONAL SITUATION OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE OF LOWER SAXONY MUST BE OBSERVED.
