From this centrally located home, you'll be in all the important places in no time. Our cozy vacation home in Floh-Seligenthal is located right on the edge of the forest – perfect for those who want to enjoy nature, fresh air and relaxed days away from everyday life. The first hiking trails start right behind the house, so you can simply start walking in the morning and discover the beautiful surroundings. There is a small farm shop with fresh eggs right by the house. Other things to note Please note the local visitor's tax: • €1.50 per day of stay for persons aged 15 and over • €0.70 for children from 7 to 14 years • €1.00 for certain severely disabled persons or authorized accompanying persons Exempted are: • Children up to 6 years • Participants in meetings, training sessions and courses • Persons who are in the municipality solely for the purpose of exercising their profession or for training purposes. **Parking options:** For precise navigation, we recommend entering the address "Gothaer Straße 94, 98593 Seligenthal" into your navigation system. Directly opposite the vacation home, on the opposite side of the main road, there is a small parking lot with three appropriately marked parking spaces available to you free of charge. **Cleaning and use of the premises:** In order to offer you the most cost-effective accommodation possible, we do not charge a separate cleaning fee. Therefore, I kindly ask you to leave the vacation home in a tidy condition. A clean handover upon your departure would be desirable. **Footwear:** We ask you to wear slippers in the house or walk barefoot. Outdoor shoes must be removed in the entrance area or at the cloakroom. **No smoking:** Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the building and at the rear entrance. If you wish to smoke, please use the area in front of the main entrance door. There is also the key box. **Handling inventory:** We ask that you handle the inventory and the furnishings with care. If, contrary to expectations, damage occurs, we ask that you inform us immediately. We value open and honest communication so that we can find straightforward solutions together. **Groceries:** The food provided in the kitchen (coffee, pasta) is intended as a welcome gesture to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
