The property has an undisturbed location by Natrudstilen on Sjusjøen. Snow-proof Sjusjøen is one of Norway's best cross-country destinations with miles of groomed slopes. Ski in/out (450 meters on the road) to the slope in Natrudstilen alpine resort to the delight of the whole family. Ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. At Natrudstilen you will also find a year-round, asphalted illuminated cross-country ski trail. In summer there are great hiking opportunities both on foot and by bike in the mountains. Short distance to the Sunday open grocery store. The space The cabin is located on a hill with stunning views of surrounding areas. Child-friendly area with a cul-de-sac and a large plot to play on. The cabin is in hand-laid timber, over two floors, and has a very good layout and completed style. Courtyard with parking spaces for 3 to 4 cars in winter and more in summer. Large and covered south-west facing terrace with outdoor furniture. Large outdoor hot tub with space for 7 people is the perfect place to relax after a day of skiing or in the mountains. The hot tub is new in 2023 and will be in operation all year. Guest access The annex is not rented out, it is only used for storage of private items. Access to the hot tub requires a payment of NOK 2,000 per stay. Other things to note A mandatory cleaning fee of NOK 1,800 is automatically set up. If you want to burn in the fireplace or fire pit, wood must be purchased in a self-service woodshed, price per sack is around NOK 150. The woodshed can be found at the intersection of Sjøusjøveien and Natrudstilvegen, next to Sjusjøen Hytteutleie. Hot tub can be rented for an additional NOK 2,000 per rental. Bed linen and towels are not included, these can be rented for NOK 200 per person, please let us know when booking if you wish to rent these. Basic items such as dish soap, dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc. you will find in the cabin. In addition, there are spices, sugar, flour, etc. in reasonable quantities. We rent out our family cabin when we are not using it ourselves. We basically want to rent the cabin to families who take responsibility and understand the value of taking care of things.
