We are opera singers and downstairs we have a concert space with a grand piano. Our house is next to a railroad, not main track but some traffic. Bathroom upstairs is only for the guests. This room is 30 m2, straight access to the kitchen with an own door and bathroom right across the hallway. In the room is a fireplace, PlayStation 5 with games, one double bed and one single bed. For extra fee a possibility for wooden stove sauna downstairs, or even a private concert or singing lessons 🎶 The space The room has a double bed and a separate single bed (bed mattress beds). Common areas as lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. Laundry available for an additional fee. Guest access Upstairs common areas, kitchen, upstairs bathroom, and balcony. You are allowed to smoke on the balcony, you can use the downstairs grand piano or upright piano upon request. Sauna and/or a lot for an additional fee (if you ask for more information). During your stay Available via Airbnb-app and living downstairs myself, just knock at the door if we are home! Other things to note Not suitable for people with animal allergies or cat aggressive dogs. Not suitable for animal allergies or cat-aggressive dogs. Animal friendly, one cat living with the hosts permanently on a different floor. Other guests might have animals at the same time.
