Conveniently located between Barnsley Hospital and the town centre is this beautiful, modern presented property. Recently refurbished with new shower room and new soft furnishings. Our place will be one step ahead with all of the added extras that you could wish for such as COFFEE machine, WASHER/DRYER and complimentary welcome pack. The main bedroom has a king size bed, second bedroom has a single bed and a small single bed (caravan size) and an additonal sofa bed is available in the lounge. The space The TV has all of the usual channels plus Freeview, Netflix and YouTube built in, and the WIFI runs on a high-speed fibre network. The coffee machine is a Tassimo, so if you want to come prepared, they work with Tassimo pods. The main bedroom has a king size bed, and it is assumed that two adults will share the bed with a single bed on offer to a third adult or child. We have a further caravan size single bed available for a fourth person. Should you book for three people and require the additional single, then please message us as there will be an additional charge. We welcome a well-behaved dog to accompany you during your stay; charges do apply, we ask you bring everything your dog needs for their holiday inc bowl bed throws blankets towels etc., dogs must not be left unattended either in the property or garden at any time unless crated for a short period only. We aim to please, so if there is anything that you specifically require during your stay then we shall endeavour to sort this for you. Guest access You have access to the full house, and you can come and go as you please. The house is old so well soundproofed and is the end terrace. There is a factory next door which runs during the week but causes no noise disturbance. You can access the property from both the front and the rear. Other things to note The second bedroom has a single bed and a caravan size single bed due to space. Please note if you are looking to book for three people then the standard king and single will be included and making up the extra bed will incur an additional charge. There is no bath at the property - only a shower.
