The cottage takes its name from the 15th century sculpture (now headless thanks to The Reformation!) on the front of the cottage. Enter the cottage through the back door into the generous social dining area boasting ample seating around a traditional farmhouse table. This area flows into the inviting cosy sitting room with large comfy sofas accompanied by a Smart television. Ignite the wood burning stove in the feature fireplace on a chilly evening and nestle in. The beautiful country style kitchen is well-equipped, hosting an Aga and breakfast table. Off the kitchen is a utility room offering washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and Belfast sink. This leads through to a convenient downstairs shower room. Off the feature landing on the first floor is a master bedroom featuring a wrought iron king-size bed, a second bedroom bedroom with king-size bed, and a generous third bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The bedrooms are served by a spacious family bathroom. The cottage offers comfortable accommodation for up to seven guests, ensuring a good nights sleep for all. Outside is an enclosed garden with lawn leading from a patio area with garden furniture and charcoal barbecue, perfect for enjoying local produce in the warm summer sun. The cottage has a gravelled area with off-road parking for two cars. Angel Cottage is located just across the road is the Walsingham Cafe, famous for its pies and pastries. The popular coastal resort of Wells-next-the-Sea is a ten minute drive away. Additional Information: Sorry, no pets. There is no starter pack (tea, coffee, sugar and milk) or welcome hamper provided at this property. Guest access Ground Floor: Dining room On entering the cottage from the back door you enter into the bright dining area, a long table seating eight guests with windows along the length of the room to the rear garden, a pew with cushions and attractive dresser. Sitting room Cosy room with a wood burning stove, Smart television, DVD player and CD stereo. Kitchen / Breakfast room Large country style kitchen with central table. Fully equipped with Aga (October – May) and separate electric hob and oven, sink, larder style fridge/freezer, welsh dresser and doorway to utility room. Utility room With washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, sink & drainer, drying airer, cupboards, window to rear of cottage and door through to shower room. Shower room With large walk-in shower enclosure with mains pressure shower, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Master bedroom Large room with wrought iron king-size bed. Bedroom two Large double room, with king-size bed Bedroom three Family bedroom, with a double bed and single bed. Family bathroom With bath, wash basin and WC. Outside: Angel Cottage is approached through five bar gates to the parking area at the rear of the cottage. Once the gates are closed the garden is enclosed. There is a gravelled parking area for two cars, a small lawned area to the rear and a large patio at the back of the house. There is garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue.
