The pod comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a luxurious king-size bed and a sofa bed. Inside, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchenette featuring an air fryer, microwave, toaster, kettle, 2-ring induction hob, under-counter fridge, and hot running water, everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Relax in the cosy dining area with seating for four, enjoy your favourite shows on the TV, or listen to music through the DAB radio with Bluetooth connectivity. The pod also includes convenient clothes storage and a modern shower room complete with shower, toilet, and basin. Step outside and unwind in your private outdoor seating area featuring a BBQ and luxurious hot tub perfect for relaxing after a day exploring the countryside or enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars. Guests also have access to beautifully landscaped areas and free off-street parking. Families will love the children’s play park located directly across the road, while the local village pub is just a pleasant 5-minute walk away. The Local Area Located in the small village of Barmby Moor, with local pub, children's play parks & on the main bus route. Only 5 minutes by car is the Market Town of Pocklington which offers all the local amenities you could need during your stay, including welcoming pubs, popular eateries & well-stocked supermarkets. Take a stroll around Burnby Hall Gardens & whilst you're there be sure to feed the fish or for the more energetic take in a round of golf at the KP Club. Only 15-20 minutes away is the historic city of York, where you will find the magnificent York Minister, the National Railway Museum, Rowntree Park, York Racecourse, York City Walls, the JORVIK Viking Centre, National Trust sites including Goddards and Treasurer’s House, and York’s Chocolate Story. Further afield, you will find Harrogate, where you can tour the Royal Pump House, enjoy leisurely strolls through the Valley Gardens, attend the annual Great Yorkshire Show in July or treat yourself to a Turkish Bath. Or for a day at the seaside we are a 45 minute car journey from the seaside town of Scarborough or for something a bit quieter why not head to the beautiful beach of Fraisthorpe, again another 45 minute car journey away. Other things to note Owl enjoys beautiful views across the surrounding countryside, and on clear evenings you can often enjoy some lovely sunsets from your outdoor area. 🌅 Owl is located on our working family farm, with livestock and agricultural activity nearby. You may occasionally hear farm machinery or other rural sounds during your stay. The children's play park is directly opposite the site and the village pub is around a 5-minute walk away. If you wish to use the hot tub, please bring your own towels, as the towels provided in the pod are for indoor use only. Free off-road parking is available for up to 2 cars. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the pod.
