Three bedrooms, a spacious living room, a terrace, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen ensure comfort. A year-round sauna, a heated hot tub, and a plunge pool ensure you can recharge. You can park 3–4 cars in the courtyard, which is for exclusive use. There is Wi-Fi, but there is no cell phone signal. Wonderful air, complete tranquility, and excellent hiking and cycling trails await. The space The guest house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. It has three separate bedrooms: two rooms have a double bed, and the third has two single beds. There is a spacious living room and a pleasant terrace for spending time together. There are two bathrooms and two powder rooms in the house for the guests' comfort. The kitchen is well equipped: a refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, and sandwich toaster are also available. The private wellness area can be used all year round, with a heated hot tub, sauna, and plunge pool. The house, the wellness area, and the ancient tree-filled courtyard are for the exclusive use of guests; there is no need to share them with others. Parking is available in the yard for 3–4 cars. Wi-Fi is available, and Wi-Fi calling can be used, but there is no traditional cell phone signal. A crib and high chair are provided upon prior request. A barbecue, a cauldron, and a fire pit are currently not available. Guest access Guests have exclusive use of the entire guest house, including the three bedrooms, living room, fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms, two additional bathrooms, and the terrace. They have free access to the courtyard with ancient trees, the parking lot, and the year-round wellness area with a sauna, a heated hot tub, and a plunge pool. There are no other guests at the property, so all rooms and services are exclusively for the comfort of the group making the booking. Other things to note The accommodation is located in a quiet, forest environment, so it is primarily suitable for rest and relaxation close to nature. Please, our guests, respect the tranquility of the surroundings; the house cannot be used for loud events and parties. There is no cell phone reception in the area, but there is Wi-Fi in the house, and you can make internet-based calls. The nearest major shopping facility is located in Várpalota, about 9.1 km away, so it is advisable to shop before arrival. A restaurant is 2.2 km away. The sauna, heated hot tub and plunge pool can be used all year round, and their fees are included in the price of the accommodation. Children may use the wellness area only under adult supervision. No pets allowed. There is currently no barbecue, campfire pot, or fire pit. Due to the forest location, you may occasionally encounter insects and local wildlife. Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM, and check-out is possible by 10:00 AM at the latest. The minimum booking period is 2 nights, and 3 nights during holidays and peak periods.
