About a curved staircase leads to the lower level. Here there is a comfortable sofa bed, the bathroom and the kitchen. In the kitchen is an original kitchen, which is equipped with a 2-burner stove and a fridge. When closed it will disappear in a furniture. A fireplace provides in colder seasons for comfort and well-being. The exit leads to a covered terrace with garden furniture. Here you can eat outside and enjoy the view of the countryside. The apartment has underfloor heating for colder seasons, a CD player, a hair dryer and a safe for valuables. A solar system provides hot water.
