A gated entrance leads to the front door and pleasant hall, of which are two good sized bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with fitted wardrobes. The bathroom has a shower/bathtub, bidet, toilet and double sink. At the end of the hall is the fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with a sitting area and access to the veggie garden. The living room is a fantastic space not only of generous proportions but with two defined areas full of natural light, overlooking different aspect of the garden and pool. The dining area opens up to an appealing covered terrace with BBQ-perfect for outdoor dining! The lounge are has a open fireplace, offering all year round comfort complete with tasteful furniture and decoration.
