La Petite Abbaye

Welcome to our guest house, La Petite Abbaye, located opposite the Abbey of Baume-les-Messieurs. The property runs along the Seille River and offers a large outdoor area with an in-ground pool, two terraces and private parking for at least 5 cars. Our large stone house consists of two floors with a common ground floor and 5 private bedrooms, each with a bathroom and toilet, upstairs. See other listings for 3 or 4 people. On the ground floor is a games room, living room, equipped kitchen and a large dining room common to all. Breakfasts and evening meals are a bonus during your stay, please contact me in advance to book and if you want to eat separately or with the other hosts present in the house. The game room offers more than a hundred board games, you can play whenever you want during your stay and I can help you with some game rules. Upstairs are the five private bedrooms and are accessed by a staircase. They are all equipped with private bathroom and toilet. - a bedroom for 2 people with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) - Two bedrooms for 2 people with a king size bed (180 x 200) (1 bed that can be separated into two single beds) - a bedroom for 3 people with 3 single beds (90 x 200) including 2 twin beds in 1 Queen size - one bedroom for 4 people (with a queen-size double bed and two single beds) The room is completely private and locks with a key. I will give it to you at the beginning of your stay, and it must be returned before your departure. Outside there are several seating areas with sun loungers, outdoor tables, close to the pool. The pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1.20 m) is open to all guests until 10 PM. IMPORTANT: possible to rent the entire house for groups of 7 to 13 people, contact me for more information. Guest access The entire ground floor is common. For the kitchen, you can only use one of the refrigerators if necessary, shared with the other guests You can play the board games that are in the game room downstairs whenever you want. Please put them back as you found them. The floor is reserved for sleeping, so each of the bedrooms is very private. If you choose breakfast and/or the evening meal, you may meet other guests. During your stay We are available, and I am very often on site, so don't hesitate if you have any questions or needs during your stay. I'm also just a phone call away. Other things to note Sheets, shower towels, and cleaning are included in the price. Please bring your pool towels (depending on the season). The property is non-smoking and our friends pets are not allowed.
