The Dairy

Enjoy The Dairy at Gatcombe Mill Farm, a hidden gem. The surrounding countryside boasts wonderful woodland walks. There is also a stream near by the Dairy that offers a relaxing sound. The Dairy is a converted single storey barn which has been beautifully restored with sunny patio to the front and side. There is a grass court for tennis enthusiasts. The space The Dairy is a beautiful Victorian barn in a wonderful rural location. Follow the pathway to the Dairy and enter through the large farm door. The spacious room opens into a large kitchen dining and sitting area. The well appointed kitchen to one end with a circular table to the centre seating 4 to the other end with 2 comfortable sofas, a large flat screen TV and a wood burner stove. Logs provided by the owner. There is a comfortable king size bed with fine quality cotton linens and ample storage space for your clothing. The modern ensuite shower room and quality towels are perfect to dry off from a busy day exploring. Further down the hall is the family bathroom and second bedroom with two twin beds. The sunny patios are both perfect spots for a morning coffee or an afternoon read. The Dairy is surrounded by beautiful countryside and lots of lovely private woodland walks. Nearby there is an old mill barn and a mill stream running nearby. There is also a grass tennis court to play on in the summer by arrangement. Rackets and balls are provided but you might like to bring your own. Plenty of parking on site. Swimming towels may be provided if you are planning a swim at the beach. It is a fantastic private rural location and ideal for those wishing to spend a few days in the country and/or wishing to explore the Isle of Wight. A cot and highchair can also be provided on request. Guest access Guests will have the use of the The Dairy, its patios and surrounding area. The property has access to footpaths and private woodland walks. Dogs are welcome and there is a secure fenced area for them when not walking but outside at the Dairy. There is also a stream near the property.
