The house is spread across 2 floors and features typical Alpine traditional elements: oak floors, stone walls, wooden ceilings, and a roof with wooden beams and natural stone slate shingles. The house also has a double-facing view with a small but comfortable garden from which you can enjoy the spectacular mountain scenery and where you can enjoy relaxing meals and BBQs during the summer season. At the entrance, you will find a new, fully equipped eat-in kitchen that leads to the living room, which is equipped with a 50-inch smart TV with satellite connection and a comfortable sofa bed that is very versatile, as it can be used either as a double bed or as two separate single beds. This room is enhanced by a practical wood-burning fireplace with a fan to distribute the heat and provide romantic warmth on winter evenings. Another highly distinctive feature is the spiral staircase, with a steel load-bearing structure and oak treads, designed specifically for this house. From the landing of the staircase on the second floor, you enter the double bedroom, which has a sloping roof and double windows overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountains. A foldable crib is available free of charge for younger guests (from 0 to 3 years old). Opposite the bedroom, you can access the comfortable and spacious bathroom, which has a window and is equipped with all the amenities. The house is in a very convenient location because you can temporarily access it by car in the immediate vicinity (50 meters) to unload and load your luggage, which is not a given in a fully pedestrianized Alpine village like Usseaux. In addition, free municipal parking lots are just a few minutes' walk from the property.
