Over the sea, quiet, rural and idyllic semi-detached houses, with beautiful sea views, near the sandy beach of Peroulia, on the south-eastern coast of Messinia, on the Peloponnese. The Seaside holiday accommodation stands on a flat natural plot, high above the sea and Gargarou beach in the quiet district of the same name near Koroni. The Seaside property, located directly by the sea, consists of 2 halves of the house, which are rented out; the third half of the house is occupied by the landlord all year round. The location of these holiday homes is characterised by a quiet, rural setting with wonderful views of the sea and the opposite coast of Mani and the Taygetos mountains. A path through the large, unspoilt property leads down steps to the fine Gargarou beach below the Seaside houses. Simply furnished, central semi-detached house Seaside 2 in a quiet, rural setting. The bathroom and the rear bedroom are directly adjacent to the kitchen. The kitchen leads directly onto a covered terrace with wonderful sea views. The bedroom facing the sea is accessible via a separate outside entrance from the entrance terrace of the house and also has a direct exit to a second, covered terrace shared with the neighbouring half of the house, Seaside 1. Both bedrooms are one step higher than the kitchen, are built one behind the other and are connected by an intermediate door. The fine Gargarou sandy beach below the Seaside houses is seamlessly connected to the Peroulia sandy beach after approx. 300 metres on foot in a northerly direction. After a further 200 metres there is a beach bar with sun loungers and parasols as well as a taverna. The nearby picturesque town of Koroni, with its beautiful harbour, tavernas and cafés, offers a nice change from the quiet Gargarou surroundings. The towns of Pylos and Methoni on the western side of Messinia also have a special charm. In the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are still many unspoilt, fine sandy beaches.
