Lovely house close to town and beach - and wilderness bath

We rent out our beautiful newly built house when we are away. There are 2 cats living here, who can be both outside and inside. Guests must give them some food when the bowl is empty. Here is a lovely garden and a cozy terrace, with furniture. Next to the house is a school, where there is a nice playground that can be used when the school is closed. 2 km down to the center of the city, 10 km to a nice beach. Please note that bed linen, towels, tea towels and dishcloths must be brought by yourself. All beds have pillows and duvets.
