Studio for couples, very close to the beach

We have prepared this studio, which is attached to our family home but has completely independent access. We are located in Arnao, in a very quiet residential complex, just an 8-minute walk from the beach. You can easily reach Salinas and Piedras Blancas, where you will find supermarkets, coffee shops, etc. The studio has a double bed and is perfect for 2. There is also a futon that converts into a bed for a child. The space is entirely open except for the bathroom. Full kitchen. The space A studio created with love inside our own home. It is completely independent but maintains that Airbnb essence that many people are looking for. It is fully equipped, an open space with a living room, kitchen, double bed, and a small sofa that converts into a bed for a child. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet (although it is perfect for 2 people). Parking is available at the door or very close to it, and there is an outdoor area without traffic since it is a residential development where only the owners have access by car. We have a terrace at our entrance that is fully usable for guests, as well as multiple green areas with benches in the development. Guest access There is a usable terrace in the entrance area of our house, parks, soccer fields, benches, walking paths in the development, and buses are also available every 15 minutes at the door of the accommodation to get around to any point in the surrounding area. We have a small garage for storing bicycles as well as a hose for washing them. We are big fans of this sport. Breakfast is available. In the morning, 1 piece of fruit of your choice, sliced bread for making toast, butter and jam, and a pastry will be left at the door, as well as a small carton of milk. Coffee is always available for free in the apartment (€10 per person per night). It can be modified to your liking by giving sufficient notice and, if necessary, the price can be adjusted. Thank you.
