This cottage, named L'AUGUSTINE, is a large country house of 250 m² for 15 people. Everything has been thought out for a stay with friends and family. You will enjoy the large games room and you can also have fun in a covered outdoor area. Terrace with a large table and barbecue. Upstairs, 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. See you soon, Elisabeth Guest access This cottage is ideal for a weekend with family or friends. You will be able to park in the garden without any problems. The house is very large (250 m²), so you will enjoy a large, fully equipped kitchen-dining room with a large table.(Two high chairs available on request). There are three large sofas in the living room, with a TV and several board games. The 6 bedrooms upstairs offer 11 beds for 15 people (see the descriptive plan in the photos). Two baby cots are available upon request (NOTE: babies are counted in the 15 people allowed). But the highlights of this house are undeniably the games room with its bar, pool table, table football, blackjack table and darts, as well as the covered outdoor area with the ping pong table, the petanque court, another darts board and a molki... ideal for those "few" rainy days in Normandy... And when the sun is out, enjoy the 1000 m² garden with trees, including apple and cherry trees, whose fruit you can enjoy in season. Bachelorette and bachelor parties are allowed, but of course with respect for the number of people (15 maximum) and the place. Dogs are also allowed, but please note that the garden is enclosed only with hedges and has no fence.
