The independent accommodation of 110 m² has a single-level access to a wooded and flowered garden of 2600 m². You can get to Paris (Gare de l'Est; direct train) in 35 minutes, from Verneuil-l'Etang station located 5 km away. You will have the possibility of access to a heated outdoor swimming pool (according to schedules to be specified) The space Completely renovated, the gîte has all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. On the ground floor, a living room, a spacious and fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and private bathroom (shower + toilet). Upstairs, a first bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, a second bedroom with 2 beds 90 x 200, a bathroom (shower + bathtub) and a separate toilet. Garden maintained and out of sight.
