The kitchen is fully equipped and includes both a washing machine and a tumble dryer. On the top floor, there is an open-plan space with a double bed, ideal as a more private or special area, although it is not a closed bedroom. The room on the ground floor does not have air conditioning As for the bathrooms, the property includes three full bathrooms and one half bathroom, strategically distributed to ensure comfort even for larger groups. On the ground floor, there is one full bathroom and an additional half bathroom, while the second floor hosts the other two full bathrooms. The top floor does not have a bathroom.
