Opening out from the Lake house is a large outdoor Mediteranean courtyard with lounge seating firebowl (logs available to buy for £15), gas bbq (£15) and pizza oven (we provide dough, sauce and cheese for £10 per pizza and £10 prep to use it) Note this area may be shared with guests staying in the Tiny House. Guests are welcome to use the lake for wild swimming or boating in front of the Lake House. There is a Spa deck next to the lake containing a 10 person Hot Tub and a Sauna. Both are wood-fired and need to be pre-prepped for guest use. A 2 hour Spa session using Hot Tub and Sauna is £25 per guest based on 5 people or more people using it. Inside the Lake House there is a movie projector (best used in the evening and projected on the back of the curtains in the lounge) and a bluetooth music speaker to play music through. And to make your stay extra special, you can arrange with us for a hamper full of delights from the Sussex Fine Food Company to be delivered to your Dome ready for your arrival (£100) which are full of delicious selections of Sussex cheese, freshly baked sourdough bread, chutney, chocolate, and local wine. Guest access The courtyard area next to the Lake house may be shared if there are other guests. You're welcome to walk around the garden, use the tree-house and lake and courtyard. Barns, yard and other areas outside the main lawn, lake and courtyard are out of bounds. Day guests welcome to visit by prior agreement only.
