The romantic and lovingly furnished Ilmhaus 2 with approx. 80 sqm of living space invites you to relax and unwind and can accommodate up to 6 people. The river flowing directly past and the garden seduce you to dream. All major Bavarian cities such as Regensburg, Ingolstadt, Augsburg, Munich, Nuremberg and Landshut are within 30-60 minutes. The space Ilmhaus 2 is equipped with 1 double room, 1 triple room, 1 large sofa bed, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen, a living and dining room and free Wi-Fi. All rooms are on the ground floor, except for the triple room, which is on the upper floor and can be reached via a small staircase. In Ilmhaus 2 you will find the peace and relaxation to recharge and enjoy your vacation. Cycling, hiking or canoeing on the water, everything can be started at the door. You can always start an unforgettable tour with an inflatable boat or a canoe (must be brought along), starting in front of the house to the monastery Weltenburg. Right next to Ilmhaus 2 is the Ilmhaus and can accommodate up to 12 people. Guest access Direct access to the water on the passing small river. Other things to note Everything is available free of charge and everything is available for self-catering. All you have to bring are towels.
