Nestled on the sunny side of the valley overlooking the coastal village of Combe Martin, Apple Tree Lodge is just a 20 minute stroll down to the village beach or a short drive onto Exmoor national park or Woolacombe' s blue flag sandy surfing beaches. The lodge is pet friendly so you can relax with the whole family. Combe Martin offers plenty of pubs, shops, cafes, and a supermarket. The bay has stunning views and arguably the best paddle boarding and sea kayaking in the North Devon. The space Superbly situated with plenty of room for six guests to relax in comfort. Enjoy stunning valley views over the village and church, from within the lodge, or from your own private decking area. The lodge is light, warm space with beautiful views from most rooms and windows. It is well insulated, has gas fired cetral heating, and is cosy in the winter and cool in the summer. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, TV, plenty of storage and en-suite shower room. The twin room has two single beds and built in wardrobes and storage. Bedroom three is a bunk room for 2 people with beautiful views. The family bathroom is spacious with a large shower bath and heated towel rail. The lodge has a well equipped open kitchen, dinning and living area, with plenty of space. French doors open on to your own private decking area, with outside table and chairs, so you can have a glass of wine and take in the view. The lodge has a grassed garden area to the front and private parking for two cars. Guest access The lodge has it's own private entrance and parking for 2 cars. From the parking area there is a ramp to the entrance and verander to the decking area overlooking the valley. The deck has a couple of steps to the grassed area and is gated. Once in side the lodge is all on one level.
