The space The house has 3 bedrooms and a parking space opposite the house gate: On the second floor, -a bedroom with a large double bed (160×200), -a bedroom with a double bed (140×190), -a large children's bedroom (22m2) with a single bed (90x190) (two 90x190 floor mattresses on request), -a bathroom with WC. On the first floor, -a large kitchen, -a living room, -a dining room -a large bathroom with bathtub and a shower cabin, -A separate WC. On the ground floor, -laundry -a very beautiful garden with furniture for 6 people and a parasol -a covered terrace with table, 6 chairs and a charcoal barbecue It is our main home in the city center of Châtillon, a quiet and secure area that we free during our holidays, you have all the household appliances of our comfort, Nespresso machine and Nespresso vertuo, our books and even basic food products to help you out upon your arrival. But rest assured, you don't have to settle in among our personal belongings, everything will be cleared for your arrival, and you have large storage cupboards at your disposal, sheets and towels are included. The big assets of our house are the calm, the space, the flowers and the garden almost as large as the house: you can relax, read in peace, sunbathe in complete peace in the garden or have lunch under the parasol. On request, a cleaning service can be arranged with our housekeeper if desired for long stays. We have also installed a Verisure remote monitoring alarm so you don't have to worry while you are away. All shops are within walking distance, supermarkets, covered market every Thursday and Sunday, bakeries, greengrocers, pharmacies, cheese shops, bookstores, grocery stores, hairdressers, restaurants, dry cleaners and even a beauty salon under the house.
