No Wi-Fi or TV, just silence, nature, and relaxation away from routine and electronic devices. The space Casa Ninno is a retreat surrounded by nature, designed for those who really want to slow down and disconnect from the daily grind. You can reach it by following a narrow, unpaved road surrounded by olive trees: the passage is suitable for a standard-size car and can be difficult for large vehicles. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a well-kept private courtyard full of flowers, where you can also park. The apartment, ideal for up to 4 people, is a one-of-a-kind studio apartment, built by the owner with natural straw walls and exposed wooden beams, which create a warm, authentic and welcoming atmosphere. The entrance opens onto a bright open space with a large panoramic window. Opposite is the fully equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, induction cooktop, utensils, and everything you need to cook. Next to it, a round table overlooks the private terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun on the deck chairs and enjoying the beautiful view of the valley surrounded by greenery. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed, while immediately behind it is the sleeping area with a double bed and a closet. Upon arrival, you will find the beds already made with clean linens included. The bathroom is complete with a shower, toilet with hand-held bidet sprayer, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, and personal hygiene products. A washing machine and a fan for the hottest days are also available for guest use.
