This is a 2 bedroom terraced house with one double room available (2 could possibly be made available on request). You will have access and use of all areas of the house but will share with the owner. Only available for short term stay. Within walking distance there are off-licences, takeaways, hairdressers, pubs, chemist, supermarket, beauty salon and buses close to hand. Only 1 mile off the WEAR DALE WAY. I can discuss further information via email or phone. The space Best for an individual or a couple. Non smokers. Preferably no pets. You may request for a pet to stay. Guest access All amenities in kitchen and bathroom will be available for use. There is an additional downstairs toilet. Guest will also have full use of the sitting room. During your stay I will greet you on arrival. You will be given your own key for during your stay. Other things to note This is a quiet neighbourhood so no parties or loud noise acceptable. I do have a large garage that could be used to store small items during your stay. Cereal, toast, fruit, tea, coffee, milk will be available for you for breakfast should you request it.
