Wooden cottage in a Natural Reserve

Very nice cottage located in a one hectare property of prairies, woods, a pound and a river running through. Peaceful, quiet and romantic setting - in a preserved nature. Ideal to recharge one's batteries and run away from pollution and noise. The space The wooden cottage is located in one hectare property of prairies, woods with its own pond and a river running through. It is a unique place, with wild and preserved nature, away from all sources of pollution (noise, pesticides, light or electro-magnetic pollution). The cottage offers basic but all necessary comfort with hot water, electricity and gaz cooking. It has a wood stove in the sitting room which gives a beautiful warmth in the cold days. Indoors: three bedrooms : 1 double, 1 single bedroom and 1 twin. There are two extra mattresses which can be placed in one of the bedrooms. There is an equipped kitchen, bathroom, living room with wood stove, sitting room/study, porch/covered terrace Outdoor: one hectare garden with basic furniture (benches + table + BBQ spot+2 long chairs) ATTENTION: 1) Sheets and towels ARE INCLUDED for stays of MINIMUM 4 NIGHTS. For stays of MAX of 3 NIGHTS, bedsheets and towels ARE NOT INCLUDED, and RENT IS 10 EUR / person (bedsheets and towels) (to pay in cash at arrival). 2) Electricity consumption is to be paid in cash at departure, with the cost rate : 0,20 per kw. 3) There is no WIFI in the house, but free WIFI is available at the café down the road, "Le K d'OR". 4) BBQ wood is available near the fire pit. In order to encourage a reasonable use of wood, we have decided to ask a small contribution for the consumption of logs First There is a Guest access Full and private access to the cottage and to the one hectare garden. Other things to note SHEETS : Sheets and towels ARE NOT INCLUDED for stays LESS THAN 4 NIGHTS. For stays less than 4 NIGHTS, bedsheets and towels can be provided for 12 EUR / person (10 euros for bedsheets and 2 euros for towels, can be taken separately). ELECTRICITY Following the observation of a very significant increase in electricity consumption, we decided to make the occupants of this house more responsible by asking to pay for the electricity consumed. Practically, and with trust, we ask you to read the meters on arrival and departure, and this by taking a picture of the meter on your arrival and before your departure and send it to me on my mobile phone. The difference in kw must be multiplied by 0.50 euro (cost price for 1 kw). WOOD FOR BBQ / evening fires : we propose you some wood for your bbq and evening fires in exchange of a small contribution of 1 euros/4 average logs. You can leave your contribution in the little wooden box in the sitting room. You can also collect freely yourself some dry wood on the property or use the twigs that are piled up on the back of the small cabin, near the BBQ. Please be careful with fires in summer, as the drought are now more frequent than before. Always foresee a water bucket near you to put out the fire if necessary. thank you
