Casa Lucía is a quiet and pleasant space where you can relax on your next visit to Mexico City. It's located in the south-central part of Mexico City. Easy access to the Historic Centre, the Banorte Stadium and the GNP Stadium. 20 minutes from Benito Juárez International Airport. The house dates from the 1950s and has traditional minimalist architecture. Near Calzada de Tlalpan, Eje 4 and 5 Sur. There's public transport nearby and metro stations for lines 2 and 12. The space It's a quiet, homely house with a warm and relaxing atmosphere. It has a ground floor, a split-level floor and a first floor. On the ground floor, there's the garage, the entrance hall, the kitchen with a dining area for six people, a smart TV, and a guest bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need: a conventional oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and a sandwich maker. On the split level is the living room, with a reading area, a kitchenette and a dining room for ten people. In the background is the inner courtyard with a lemon tree and various plants, chairs, a table and a swing/rocking chair. The garage is for a medium-sized car or a sub-medium-sized van. The first floor has four bedrooms with good lighting and ventilation, wooden floors, blackout curtains and blinds, and two fully equipped bathrooms. One room has a treadmill and another has a rowing machine, as well as a common area for a treadmill. The service area is located at the top of the house, with a washing machine and a full bathroom. Guest access The parking space at the house is for a medium-sized car or van. Large cars and vans don't fit. However, there's a night-time boarding service less than a street away. Access to the roof of the house is restricted to guests, except for the drying area. Other things to note The house is located in the south-central part of Mexico City, making it accessible to any part of the city. The Historic Centre, Zócalo, Bellas Artes and Garibaldi are 15 minutes away by metro or car. 25 minutes by metro or car to the Estadio Azteca (now the Estadio Banorte), the centre of Coyoacán, the Cantoral, the Cineteca Nacional and the CONADE. To the east, a 10-minute drive away, is the GNP Stadium (Palacio de los Deportes). A 20-minute drive away are the Plaza de Toros, the Ciudad de los Deportes (known as the Estadio Azul), Insurgentes, San Pedro de los Pinos and the World Trade Center.  La Condesa and La Roma are a 25-minute drive away. Benito Juarez International Airport is a 25-minute drive away, while the Taxqueña bus terminal is 15 minutes away by metro and the TAPO bus terminal is 20 minutes away. The journey time by car may vary depending on the time of day  There's a supermarket just a five-minute walk away, a convenience store on the same street, and there are parks, cafés, taco stands and local restaurants close to the house.
