La Seille

Welcome to our guest room La Seille (3 people) located opposite the Abbey of Baume-les-Messieurs. The property runs along the river Seille and offers ample outdoor space, with an in-ground pool, two terraces and private parking for at least 5 cars. Our large stone house consists of two floors with a common ground floor and 5 private bedrooms with bathroom and toilet each upstairs. On the ground floor, there is a game room, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large dining room shared by everyone. Breakfasts and evening meals are a bonus during your stay. Please contact me in advance to make a reservation and to let me know if you want to eat separately or with the other guests in the house. The game room offers more than a hundred board games. You can play whenever you want during your stay, and I can help you with some game rules. Upstairs are the five private bedrooms, which are accessible via a staircase. They are all equipped with a private bathroom and toilet. - Two bedrooms for 2 people with a queen-size bed (160 x 200) - one bedroom for 2 people with a King Size bed (180 x 200) - one bedroom for 3 people with 3 single beds (90 x 200 cm), 2 of which can be joined to make 1 queen-size bed - one bedroom for 4 people (with a queen-size double bed and two single beds) The room is private and can be locked. I will give it to you upon your arrival, and it must be returned just before your departure. Outside there are several rest areas with sun loungers and outdoor tables, close to the pool. The pool (4 m x 8 m, depth 1.20 m) is open to all guests until 10 p.m. IMPORTANT: It is possible to rent the entire house for groups of 7 to 13 people. Contact me for more information. Guest access The entire ground floor is shared. For the kitchen, you can only use one of the shared refrigerators if needed. You can play the board games that are in the games room downstairs whenever you want. Please put the games back as you found them. The second floor is reserved for sleeping, so each bedroom is private. If you choose breakfast and/or the table d'hôte in addition during your stay, you may meet other guests. During your stay We are available for you, and I am very often on site, so don't hesitate if you have any questions or needs during your stay. We are also just a phone call away. Other things to note Sheets, bath towels, and cleaning are included in the rate. Please bring your pool towels (depending on the season). The property is non-smoking and our friends pets are not allowed.
