This apartment offers an excellent base for business travelers, couples, and vacationers. The apartment's spaces are carefully designed to ensure the most comfortable and smooth stay possible. The space has two (80 cm wide) very comfortable single beds. The beds are already made, and they can be kept together as a double bed or separated into two single beds according to the needs of your travel group. There are electrical outlets next to the beds for charging devices. Comfort & working: The room offers a peaceful view of the park. The amenities include a SmartTV for relaxation and a spacious dining table that allows for smooth remote work. Kitchen: The modern and tidy kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking and enjoying your morning coffee. There you will find, among other things, a 7 kg washing machine, a microwave, a fridge-freezer, a toaster, a coffee maker, an electric kettle, a frying pan and a few pots, measuring cups, a water jug, cutlery, plates, bowls, the most common cooking utensils, drinking glasses, wine glasses, and coffee cups. Bathroom: A small but functional bathroom where you'll find shampoo, soap, shower gel, and a floor mop for a smooth stay. Guest access The apartment is located on the 1st floor, but there are fewer than 10 steps from the front door to the apartment door. The property has easy self-service check-in with a key box, so you can arrive flexibly according to your schedule (from 3 pm). There are free parking spaces on the adjacent street. Other things to note Longer-term stays are possible. Languages: Finnish, English, German The apartment is subject to the rules of the entire house, which can be found in the lower lobby of the apartment building in front of the staircase. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. No smoking in the apartment and in the immediate vicinity of the apartment building. Smoking is allowed in the designated area. The apartment building's recycling point is located in the courtyard, please recycle your garbage. Unfortunately, the apartment is not accessible. Please note this when making a reservation.
