Nice, quiet accommodation with a separate entrance and garden – hotel comfort for feeling good. The accommodation has 4 rooms with a total area of 61 m² and is equipped with many necessary utensils. Only 200 meters to the supermarket. Other shopping options (Migros, Coop), restaurants and a pharmacy are a 4-minute drive away. Mägenwil freeway connection in 4 minutes by car. The Reuss River is 5 minutes away, Lenzburg Castle and Wildegg Castle are 12 minutes away, Zurich is about 30 minutes away, and Aarau is about 20 minutes away by car. The space 🙌 The accommodation has its own separate entrance. This allows you to conveniently enter and leave at any time and enjoy your stay with privacy and independence. The accommodation is located on the 2nd floor and is accessible through the garden. (See photos) 🙌 ✨ The spacious 17.5 m² bedroom offers a cozy double bed (140 × 200 cm) and a single sofa bed and is ideal for couples, small families or solo travelers. A small desk, a dining table, a dresser and a TV add extra comfort and practical amenities. (See photos.) 👶For families with small children, a crib/travel cot (70 × 100 cm) and a high chair are available. If you request them before your arrival, I will be happy to provide them for a small surcharge.👶 ✨The spacious 12.5 m² bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub (see photos). The bathtub is available for you until 8 pm. Please note that the hot tub function is unfortunately out of order. Thank you for your understanding. We wish you a pleasant and relaxing stay!! 🛀 ✨ Spacious closet and storage room: There is space for all your belongings in an area of 17.5 m². Even large amounts of luggage can be stored here easily and neatly. ✨The 14 m² entrance area with a separate laundry unit (washing machine, dryer and sink) is equipped with many useful items. ✨The washing machine and dryer may be used, but please only after prior request. 💥A microwave and a rice cooker are available. If you request them before your arrival, I will be happy to provide them in the room. 💥A small private garden area is at your disposal. The upper garden with barbecue, table and chairs can be shared with prior notice (firewood is available for an extra charge).🍽️ 💥 There are 3 outdoor parking spaces available, which are also suitable for large vehicles (e.g., RVs).🛻 💥 Long-term stays (max 14 days) are possible. On request and for an extra charge, I offer a cleaning and laundry service. We are happy to discuss the details before check-in. 🤗 💥 Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Smoking is allowed on the outdoor terrace. Please dispose of cigarette ash and cigarette butts only in the ashtray provided on the terrace. Please do not bring cigarette ash or cigarette butts into the apartment. I'll gladly take care of disposing of the ashtray in the outside area.
