Sparrow Grove Barn offers three beautifully furnished bedrooms, including a principal bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, alongside a spacious family bathroom designed to accommodate families and groups with ease. At the heart of the property is a generous country-style kitchen and dining area, fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, cookware, utensils, crockery, cutlery, and basic cooking essentials. Whether you're preparing a leisurely breakfast or gathering for an evening meal, the dining space provides the perfect setting to come together and create lasting memories. The elegant living room offers a relaxing space to unwind, complete with comfortable seating and a Smart TV with streaming capabilities, making it the ideal place to relax after a day exploring Cheshire. Outside, guests can enjoy one of Sparrow Grove Barn's most treasured features – its exceptional outdoor space. Surrounded by peaceful countryside, the property boasts a private hot tub available year-round, an extensive enclosed garden, outdoor dining and entertaining areas, BBQ facilities, and family-friendly outdoor games and activities. As the sun sets, sink into the warm waters of the hot tub and enjoy uninterrupted countryside views beneath the evening sky. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property throughout their stay, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, kitchen, garden, and hot tub. The property operates a convenient self check-in system, allowing guests to arrive at a time that suits them after check-in. Full check-in details and access instructions will be sent on the day of arrival at approximately 12:00 noon. Complimentary on-site parking is available for guests throughout their stay. While we respect our guests' privacy, our team is available should you require any assistance before or during your stay. Other things to note We aim to provide a clean, comfortable, and well-managed home for all guests. Lead Guest The lead guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age and must be staying at the property for the duration of the booking. Check-In & Check-Out Standard check-in and check-out times apply as stated in your booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and operational requirements. Please contact us in advance if you wish to enquire about these options. Please note that unauthorised late check-outs may incur additional charges. Travel Cots Travel cots can be provided upon request. For hygiene and comfort reasons, we kindly ask guests to bring their own cot bedding and linen. Pets Fur-babies are welcome at this property. A refundable pet deposit of £160 is required prior to arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded following check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property and confirmation that no additional cleaning, damage, or pet-related issues have occurred during the stay. Quiet Hours To respect our neighbours and the peaceful surroundings of the property, we kindly ask guests to keep noise to a minimum between 21:30 and 07:00.
