Come to our lovely village of Rosières-sur-Mance, surrounded by tranquility and space. Our gîte “La maison de Filou” is located in the heart of the village. Situated in the department of Haute Saone, on the border of Haute Marne and the Vosges. Rolling landscapes, panoramic views, and old villages. Cycling and hiking in the area, swimming in the lakes of Langres and Vesoul or in the Saone. Supermarkets 9 km, bakery 3 km. Caves, restaurants, and a glassworks are a short distance away, and major cities are 1 hour away. (Besancon/Dijon) The space Well-equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher and small refrigerator. Living room with sofa and dining area. No WiFi and TV! Bathroom with sink and shower. Washing machine available. Bedroom 1 with a double bed, can be separated. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. And a sofa bed. (for a possible 5th guest) Garden with seating and dining table. The front yard has a picnic table. Shed for bikes. Cot and chair available. Guest access You cannot park your car in front of the door; you can park about 10 meters away. Other things to note No pets allowed! Cleaning costs €65 to be paid in cash.
