Blue Tit is a spacious Cottage that sleeps 4 with 2 bedrooms downstairs and a shower wet room. The Cottage is situated on a working Sheep farm and is surrounded by beautiful countryside in the North Pennines Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are lovely walks around the farm with about 4 miles of purpose built paths and depending on the time of year you will see a variety of different Wildlife. The space If spacious living and stunning sunrises are what you desire from your holiday, then look no further than Blue Tit Cottage. This cottage has been designed with its surroundings in mind with a beautiful picture window in the living area upstairs so you can sit back, relax and gaze into the valley below. The sitting area comes fully furnished with a large settee and two armchairs meaning there’s plenty of room to stretch out and relax after a day of adventures. The dining area accommodates at least six people, perfect when a family is sharing two cottages. The kitchen area is like a home away from home, fully equipped with everything the modern family requires. Blue Tit Cottage comes with two bedrooms, both situated downstairs for easier access. Each bedroom has either double or twin beds for personal preference and can be decided upon booking. As well as a cloakroom upstairs, the cottage has a very large wet room with a shower, WC and hand basin. If it’s a larger family gathering you’re planning, Blue Tit Cottage can join Wren Cottage. Our disabled holiday cottages were designed by a wheelchair user who understands the importance of accessibility. Blue Tit welcomes up to 2 dogs at the cost of £15 per dog per stay, This can be paid for by cash on arrival or we can amend the price to your booking if you choose to enquire first we must be informed if you are bringing a dog at the time of booking. Guest access Guests will be able to access upstairs and downstairs of the Cottage they choose to book, along with the laundry room (separate room and part of the building) which has a washer and dryer to use at no extra cost. Other things to note Please note at present due to the Covid-19 restrictions we are not showing guests round the cottages and the key along with a letter will be left in the cottage with all relevant information. This is to ensure social distancing and if you do have any problems you can call us or come to the farm office door.
