Please review our strict house rules before booking to ensure our apartment is a good fit for your stay: ​Restricted Space: As mentioned, one storage room is locked and strictly off-limits to guests. Attempting to enter this room is a violation of house rules. ​No Parties or Events: Gatherings, loud music, and parties are absolutely prohibited. Neighbors enforce quiet hours strictly. Violations will result in an immediate €250 fine and cancellation of your stay without a refund. ​100% Smoke-Free: Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, vapes, e-cigarettes, and hookahs) is strictly forbidden inside the apartment or in any common building areas. ​Floor Heating & Ventilation: The apartment features digital floor heating and automated ventilation. Please adjust the temperature settings gently, as radiant floor heating takes time to physically adjust with the temperature change.
