The sunny southwest balcony offers you a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea on the side and invites you to linger contemplatively with its forest panorama. The space The 1-room apartment 723 is located on the 7th floor, in the residential area of the Plaza Hotel (formerly Maritim Club) on Timmendorfer Strand. The very cozy and individually furnished 35 sqm apartment has a large French double bed (180 cm), two comfortable sofas, a flat-screen TV and a sunny dining area. The 1 to 2-person apartment also includes a well-equipped kitchenette, a modern shower room and a southwest balcony. Guest access Unfortunately, hotel offers cannot be used by Airbnb guests - except for restaurants. Here, a varied breakfast and evening buffet invite you to feast. The pub offers inexpensive home cooking. End the evening comfortably at the hotel bar or watch a live broadcast of SkySports. In the Seeschlösschen Hotel in the immediate vicinity, the wellness area can be booked as an alternative. Furthermore, of course, the popular Baltic Sea thermal baths in Scharbeutz are ideal for a swimming pool/wellness day. We cannot influence any restrictions due to/in the hotel business! Other things to note Contactless check-in: The key is stored in a safe, and we will share the code shortly before departure. The visitor's tax is due on site. Free parking is available nearby, but only to a very limited extent. There is usually the possibility to use an underground parking space directly on site (currently €19/day) - subject to availability. On request, we are happy to provide bed sheets and a towel package for € 25 per person.
