The space North View is a beautifully renovated 1800s stone cottage, ideally located in the village of Burton-in-Kendal. Perfectly positioned between the Lake District, Yorkshire Dales and Arnside & Silverdale National Landscape, it provides an excellent base for exploring some of the UK’s most spectacular countryside. Just 15 minutes from Kendal and 25 minutes from Bowness-on-Windermere, the cottage offers easy access to both the eastern and western Lake District, making it ideal for walkers, cyclists, families and those looking for a relaxing countryside escape. The cottage comfortably sleeps up to four guests across two spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. Both bedrooms include wardrobes and drawers, and guests can also enjoy the convenience of a separate dressing room complete with a hairdryer. After a day exploring the fells, lakes and local villages, relax in the cosy living room with a wood-burning stove, Smart TV and fibre broadband. A starter supply of logs, kindling and firelighters is provided, with additional logs available from the nearby village shop. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery and all the essentials needed for preparing meals during your stay. Free parking is available adjacent to the cottage, and self check-in is provided via a Yale Smart Lock, with each guest receiving their own unique access code prior to arrival.
