L'Amaca B&B-Comfortable single room

Bright and comfortable room with extra big single bed (French bed). Guests are welcome to use also the living room, the terraces and the garden with swimming pool. The B&B is ideally locate between mountain and sea, very close to Cagliari and Pula. The space This single room has a very large bed, a big closet and a table with armchair. On the same floor you can find the bathroom, just a few metres away from the room, with large shower, toilet and bidet. Guest access Guests may relax inside the villa, in the living room or the breakfast area, or they may enjoy the fresh air on the terrace and the sun in the garden. In the morning you are welcome to use the swimming pool and to relax on the hammock, have a beer or a small snack, but we kindly ask you to respect the house rules and to help us protect the confort and quiet of the other guests and neighbours (no meals on the terrace unless previously agreed with us please). During your stay The hosts, Paola, Tonino and Francesca are always available to help you plan your holiday in Sardinia with insider's tips, or if you want they can organize for you a cooking workshop or a guided excursion. We speak Italian, English, Spanish, Dutch and French. Other things to note If you want to make the best out of your holiday you can combine your stay here with a semi-private Italian language course. Francesca is a certified teacher and during summer she gives lessons for all levels here at the B&B. Lessons can be one-to-one or for a maximum of 5 students per group, for 1 or 2 hours a day from Monday to Friday. Children up until 2 years of age do not pay (if they sleep in the same bed as the parents); between 2 and 6 years of age there is an extra fee of 10€ per night. The use of the swimming pool is permitted from beginning of May until half October. Smoking in the rooms is strictly forbidden. At the B&B there are also 4 pets (only in the garden), 2 medium sized dogs and 2 very sweet cats; we kindly ask you to respect our four legged friends.
